Typically, a request is sent to 2 to 4 partners matching the geographic criteria and move type. The customer then compares the quotes received.

What happens if the contact is invalid?

If the phone number is fake or the customer doesn't respond after 3 documented attempts over 5 business days, you can request a refund via your dashboard. We verify and credit your account.

Can I choose which move types I receive?

Yes. In your profile, you define accepted types: national, international, piano, business moves. You only receive matching requests.

How do I define my geographic area?

You specify your postal codes or cantons of operation. You can modify these settings anytime from your dashboard.

Can I limit the number of requests received?

Yes. You can set a daily limit (e.g., maximum 3 requests/day) or pause your account anytime, at no cost.

How does billing work?

We send a monthly invoice by email with details of requests received. Payment within 14 days by bank transfer or credit card. Automatic payment is available.

What documents are needed to register?

We verify your registration in the Commercial Register and your professional liability insurance. You will need to provide a valid insurance certificate.

How long does verification take?
